Therapeutic Bowen is the alternative health practice run by Mariann in Southwark, London. Mariann wanted the website to promote her service, and to attract clients specifically in the Southwark area, a small but affluent part of Central London. She also wanted to set a consistent theme and image for the site, in order to reinforce her professionalism and attention for detail (both important traits of a Bowen practitioner), as well as to inspire confidence and trust in people.

Nathan Williams the brain-child of Nathan Williams Events commissioned Aztec Dreamer to build him a bespoke website to promote his new start up company specialising in Wedding, Catering, Floristry and Event Management. Nathan had a very particular vision of how he wanted his website to look, and was unusual in that he had even produced a power point document where he had already designed the overall look and feel for the site, and picked the fonts he wanted to use. This presented Aztec Dreamer with an interesting challenge, on how to take Nathans design and convert them to the medium of the web. Any deviation from Nathan's design brief was quickly pulled up on, forcing Aztec Dreamer to be exacting in our determination to achieve Nathan's specification and eye for detail.

The site was intended to be light, bright, clean and free of any un-necessary gimmicks or tacky props. The piece-de-resistance of the site, was the Gallery section, which offers a snappy and responsive interface for displaying images of Nathan's fabulous portfolio. The self promotion site of Aztec Dreamer's Chief Designer Simon, was of course built by Aztec Dreamer and Simon no less. This site's purpose is to promote Simon's skills as a web, logo and graphic designer to perspective employers and clients alike. The site needed to present itself in a way that demonstrated Simon's skills, but also presented this information in an interesting and engaging way. Therefore it really was a marriage of technological know-how meeting creative graphics, and print quality presentation. Aztec Dreamer is really happy with this site, so much so, it prompted the redesign of Aztec Dreamer.com itself, to the finished design you see now. (See previous design here). The site is brought alive by a clear and engaging banner, and an interesting graphic background that it is set against. The site is harmonised through the careful use of colour, to keep the branding lively and fresh. Now well into it's 6th year of operation, the SLF's website has acted as an important source of information, for people interested to learn more about a particular species of fungi, that has amazing mystical qualities. The SLF champion people's civil liberties and makes strong and convincing arguments why such use of these mushrooms should not be proscribed by law. It acts as a beacon to unite like -minded individuals and to to present all the facts regards the mushrooms to people so that they can make their own mind up. The SLF promotes a responsible attitude at large, and has won many admirers over the years, with numerous emails of support received regularly.

The site is brought alive by clever presentation and the use of colourful graphics on a dark blue background. The site sets out to cultivate a vivid almost electric, visual appearance, to capture people's imagination, but not at the expense of the delivery and readability of information.
